Compass Consulting is an independent supplier of ‘expert quality' services from, for and by highly skilled expats.

The words EXPERT and EXPAT have a strong mutual influence on each other: the EXPERTS we deliver are (almost without exception) foreign employees, as a result of our focus on solving the scarcity of knowledge in the IT employment market.

Reversed, with 10 years of experience in full-service expat HR management, we ourselves are experts in the field of staff management. We help numerous Dutch and foreign companies with support adjusted to their migration needs.

We would like to emphasize our independence: since we manage an extensive network of service providers, Compass is able to spread requests for expertise and services over several suppliers. This broadens your opportunities to find the expert which matches your requirements.

Core banking software
In the past years, Compass became successful in the supply of services around Temenos´ T24/Globus core banking software. As from 2009, we will apply this successful formula on the field of skills and knowledge around ORACLE's FLEXCUBE.

Offices abroad
We have already expanded our activities over the Belgium border in the summer of 2007 with an office in Brussels. To be able to offer services of our experts and partners in foreign countries, presence in these countries is essential. Therefore recently, our office in Frankfurt, Germany has become operational.

India
India has a strong role in our IT service supply. And even though we don't restrain ourselves to expats from India only, doing business with and from the big Indian potential of experts, is very important for Compass.
