Compass eXperts & eXpats provides services in all 3 areas of the value chain for software solutions and expertise, the demand, the delivery and the supply. 3 sometimes distinct area's that we can and do serve individually, but when combined, truly offer huge value to all parties involved.

• On the demand-side, we serve banks and other financial service providers, that seek expertise for their financial solution projects. With a focus on the leading core banking solutions like Temenos T24, ORACLE FLEXCUBE and similar environments, we provide EU-based banks with access to our worldwide network of expert service providers.
• On the delivery-side (also for consultants and IT-firms outside the banking world) we arrange for flawless delivery of expertise 'on-site' in the EU. With a broad experience of handling the complex 'human logistics', involving work- and residence permits, payrolling, housing and other aspects of expat HR-support, we can help non-EU based IT consulting firms to deliver their services just as transparent as any local competitor can!
• On the supply-side, we serve small and mid-sized banking software consulting firms, market their offerings in Europe. We offer them our 25+ years of selling consulting services in the enterprise IT market in Europe.
