Vision
Globalization of the IT labour market has been around for more than a decade and the business benefits are clear. Nevertheless (inter)national geographic distances between companies, employment legislation, cultural differences, immigration rules etc. often form too big a hurdle to easily benefit from it. In our vision, the hiring of international staff should be just as easy as hiring IT experts locally.
